My team was tasked with analyzing the data behind an unexpected customer slump. We checked the sales database with SQL/GA, then user movement patterns with heat maps and made recommendations to stakeholders.

My team was tasked with creating a new dependent account feature for a small local financial institution. We checked the value statement and customer fit, then identified user stories, created a backlog and sprint plan in JIRA as well as an interactive prototype in Figma.
